The forerunner of Post Investment and Construction Joint-Stock Corporation(PTC) was Post Housing Construction Corporation which was founded in October, 30th, 1976 according to Decree number 1348/TCCB-LD issued by Post Head Department.

Along with the process of equitizing companies of Post and Telecom Head Department, at January, 19th, 1996, Post Construction Company received a decision from Viet Nam Post and Telecom Department about equitizing Post Construction Corporation; in December, 15th, 2004, the company officially received Certificate of Business Registration and change to the present name.

Specialize in constructing projects of Post and Telecom fields .The firm customers are head of company and provinces Post office with the task of building architectural projects and network information such as: information cable network, switchboard, antenna pillar, Post houses, the firm head office, industrial factory…

-         Produce plastic pipe used for cable protection.

-         Produce metal information cable.

-         Produce plastic window with steel heart and plastic planks with Europe standard.

-         All of PTC products were used in Post and Telecom branch, PTC projects. The supply of product for these cases are carried out under the form of biding.  In addition, PTC still does marketing other companies products in all province all over the country.

-         About 70% PTC construction sales comes from projects of Post and Telecom head of company, the time of capital buyback of these project is long because the time of settlement occurs after the project was finished. The rest of 30% comes from PTC projects in provinces Post office.

PTC sales and income project was established depend on the previous year result as so as PTC on the operation projects. In detail, some PTC big projects that are being in operation:

1/ Project of broadening 1 telecom material factory: this project are located at Ngoc Diep village, Quoc Oai district, Ha Tay Province. This project consists of 2 small one:

a/ The project of set up the overall production line producing post information cable.

b/  Move and restart the factory of plastic pipe used for cable protection .

2/ Project of broadening II telecom material factory. This project is located kin Cu Chi District, HCM City.

3/ C30 Project. This project contains 2 smaller one: project of investment for building technical-infrastructure for C30 area and project of constructing house for C30 area workers.
